Feminine Embodiment is a class where we are blessed to spend an entire hour in devotion, love and presence with our female body. In this offering we use the combination of breath, movement, sound, self touch, and loving presence, directed specifically towards the female body. This grounds in a connection with your female body from the inside out, which cultivates a new relationship with your body and sensuality. Women often say that nurturing themselves in these ways leave them feeling revitalized, balanced, nourished, empowered, grounded and connected from deep within. ❤ What to expect? ❤ At the beginning of the class we will orient you and share about the class, always giving you full permission to listen to and follow your own body's "yes's" and "no's". We'll then have a brief round of check-ins with those present (you can always pass), and from there go into the guided practice and final relaxation. There is an optional chance to share/ask questions at the end. Each class is different, so expect a mix-up of Tao/Tantra/holistic women’s sensuality practices such as: ~ Self breast and womb massage ~ Inner smile to the female body ~ Ovarian breathing ~ Feminine & pelvic floor yoga ~ Exercises involving breath, movement and sound ~ Pelvic floor awareness, sensitivity and muscular building exercises ~ Taoist healing sounds ~ Womb and yoni meditations ~ Shaking ~ Breathwork ~ Heart/Womb connection exercises ~ And more! *Although we work with self touch in this class, we do not touch the yoni directly. *There is no interaction between participants in the guided practice *We do not do yoni egg in Feminine Embodiment classes, however, if you have a yoni egg you're welcome and encouraged to come to class wearing it as we will focus on the yoni and pelvic floor, and having an egg inside can really enhance your experience. This is totally optional. Come exactly as you are! These classes are for complete beginners and also women with existing embodiment & sensual self-care practices.
